Refunds & Returns
Our extended Refunds and Returns policy is offered in addition to your legal rights
Returns
1.1 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.2 We also offer an extended Christmas returns period whereby items purchased from 1st November to 24th December may be returned any time before 31st January.
1.3 To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.4 To start a return, contact us at enquiries@quincetreepress.co.uk, using “return” in the subject heading. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1.5 You need to cover the cost of the return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please note that if your country of residence is not the UK, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Exchanges
2.1 You may exchange an item for a product of the same value, or use it towards the cost of a more expensive item.
2.2 You may exchange an item for a product of lesser value but we will not refund the difference in price.
2.3 To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.4 To start an exchange, contact us at enquiries@quincetreepress.co.uk, using “exchange” in the subject heading. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
2.5 You need to cover the cost of returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please note that if your country of residence is not the UK, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds
3.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
3.2 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (unless you paid by cheque) within 10 business days (excluding holidays). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3.3 If more than 15 business days (excluding holidays) have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at enquiries@quincetreepress.co.uk.

Damages and Issues
4.1 In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at enquiries@quincetreepress.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution with you.
